Team Pack
Once registered, your team representative will receive login details to access the team administration section of our website. Once logged in your representative will be able to download team match schedules, create lists of traveling personnel to pre order event wrist bands which will save your party a lot of time on arrival to the event.
On Arrival
Please can all team managers visit the control booth at the entrance tot he event, so that we know your team has arrived, and you can collect your Weekend Pack. This pack contains meal vouchers, competition vouchers and details of your matches and start times and any last minute changes to the schedule.
To avoid queuing at the event, players may register in advance by adding your players to the travelling personanel list in the team managment section. Your team manager can organise this for players. Pre-prepared wristbands can then be collected directly from the registration centre upon arrival by showing valid ID. If you are arriving on the Friday this is an excellent opportunity to complete all your administrative tasks so you are free to enjoy the competition on Saturday and Sunday.
